WebMaster ( Design + FrontEnd )

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design and develop user-friendly, visually appealing websites, landing pages, and web applications. Ensure designs are aligned with branding and business goals.

✔ Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into creative web solutions. Collaborate with backend developers to implement design concepts.

✔ Build responsive, cross-browser compatible frontend web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure smooth user interactions and seamless navigation across devices.

✔ Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity design layouts for web and mobile platforms using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

✔ Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.

✔ Optimize web pages for maximum performance, including fast load times and mobile optimization.

✔ Stay updated on the latest web design trends, frontend technologies, and best practices. Continuously improve the user interface and experience based on user feedback and testing.

Requirements:

✔ Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX, and responsive design.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of frontend development processes and web performance optimization.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and web design best practices.

✔ Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, or related fields.
A portfolio showcasing your design work, including websites, landing pages, or web apps (preferably live links).
Experience in frontend development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and design work is highly desirable.
